SOIL CONSERVATION ACT

Soil Conservation Act
provides a framework to encourage sound soil conservation
practices, to preserve the agricultural land base, and to ensure the long-term productivity
of the farming sector.

The
Soil Conservation Act
remains in force with the Regulation expiring on November 30,
2020.
